Send on site related experts and sales personnel or Remote audio/video call conference to carry out deep understanding about the project and selection solutions.

3.For Process Integration: Supply the process flowchart, technical data and facility layout of the related equipment, line or system to the customers & compile the technical specification as a roadmap for the project.

4.

For Individual  material , equipment, device  or service requested  :  study the  expectation  of the  customers  & compile  the technical  specification  as  a roadmap for the project.

5. 

If  a  complete design  is required  case of some construction  project ,  an independent  quotation  will be discussed prior  to  the  request of quotation ( RFQ) and  placing  the order.
